Dr. Dakshayini Khanna
Dr Dakshayini Kanna is a Senior Educationalist and has established many International schools with CBSE, IGCSE/A(Cambridge), IB Curricula and has led these schools successfully
Dr Dakshayini has 31 years of experience in the field of education in India and abroad. Her experience abroad has been with the Ministry of Education, Republic of The Maldives which was under the United Nations. She has been training teachers in various aspects, conducting career counselling sessions and parenting workshops for more than two decades. She is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and holds a PhD in Biotechnology and has presented a number of research papers in National Science Congress and has published research papers and articles pertaining to K-12 education in International Journals and magazines. She is a Trained Counsellor from ICTRC and Banjara academy, and has counselled a large number of teachers, parents and students.
She has been the Centre Superintendent for National Examinations like NEET / AIPMT and is also an observer for CBSE board examinations and Science Exhibition. She is also the State Coordinator for Karnataka and Goa for National Testing Agency, MHRD.

As the Principal of a progressive school, her focus lies in grooming the students with self-confidence and build upon their self-esteem. She believes we need to inspire our kids to follow their passions, while letting them inspire us to do the same.
Dr. Sita Shankar
Sita is a warm and caring educator with diverse experience and strong track record of fostering child-centered curriculum having taught ICSE, CBSE and IGCSE curriculum. She is experienced in developing curriculum as well as conducting teacher training and parenting programs. Sita is a RCI certified special educator and teacher counselor with an innate ability to understand and motivate children, she strives to build student self-esteem and encourages understanding of cultural diversity, gender differences and physical limitations. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Sustainable Development Goals and aims at building global connections and competencies in students.
Ms Jiji Francis
M.Sc Mathematics,M.Ed ,MBA in Education management. Had a career in education spanning twenty six years , having undertaken diverse job roles and responsibilities including those of Principal, Vice principal and CIE Coordinator, Secondary Teacher for London GCE O’ Level and Cambridge IGCSE and Head of the Dept. of Mathematics. A result-oriented, student-focused, and goal-driven educator with excellent teaching skills. Very patient ,committed to the academic growth and development of every child, eager to work towards making all children successful learners and remains adaptive to their varied needs.
Ms Gowramma K.S
With experience in both teaching and administrative work, she has donned the hat of an English teacher and handled independent charge as Resource Coordinator, handling a number of responsibilities. She’s a Biochemistry graduate with a post graduate degree in English and a BEd. She’s taken charge as Vice Principal at Harvest International from April 2018.
Ms Latha L
Ms Latha has a Master degree in Mathematics from IIT, Chennai and also a B.Ed from Delhi University. She has taught Singapore and UK curriculum for 2 years and continuing her service in CBSE since 7 years. She is currently pursuing a course in guidance counseling from ICTRC She has lot of enthusiasm , optimism , tenacity and commitment towards the school and the subject.
