Ms Anuradha Sayeenathan
Ms Anuradha has done Masters in Commerce and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration as well. She is Montessori trained and has attended the IB PYP category 1 workshop. She was working with Indian Railways before she chose to follow her heart. She loves the tiny world of kindergarteners filled with curious questions and believes that the inspiration they receive at this age makes them grow into better human beings. Anuradha has worked as an educator in schools in India and in the US and holds 11 years of experience in teaching. She loves nature, poetry and photography. She writes in English and in Tamil. Her work has been published in various anthologies.
Anuradha believes in creating magic in the classroom through her storytelling techniques and her passion for multimedia. She tries to incorporate concepts in young minds through the stories, games, videos and movies she creates for her students. She is the designer and editor of the Montessori Newsletter across all Harvest branches. She is one of the admins of the Harvest Facebook page. She has been working with Harvest International School for the past seven years.
Ms Monika Mantri
Ms Monika is a graduate in commerce. She is currently pursuing B.Ed in English and Social Science. She has
taken training in PYP from Mumbai. She is NTT and Montessori trained. She has 13 years of experience
in teaching line. She has been working at Harvest International School for the past 9 years. Prior to
working at this school, she was a kindergarten teacher at Delhi Public School, Bangalore East for a year.
She has also worked with the well reputed preschool -Kid zee for two years. She has always been
passionate to teach small kids and loved working alongside them. Besides teaching, Monika has other
strengths like dancing and event handling.
Ms Gracy Dinesh
Ms Gracy began her career in education as a Montessori teacher. She carries a work experience of 14 years in total, she has been a proud member of Harvest International School for 7 years teaching Montessori children and has also taught kannada for primary grade students. Her philosophy is simple as she believes that each individual is gifted and it could vary, but it lies in the magical eyes of those who selflessly guide and direct the ones who need an extra mile of support and care to walk along one, with a smile at heart to evoke miraculous potentials and abilities of even the laid back. And this passionate teacher holds a mastery at this.
